How does the TMBFF monthly program work?
When you sign-up, you will automatically set you up with a monthly subscription. If you sign up on the 15th of the month, membership will renew or expire on the 15th of the next month. Paypal and Venmo are accepted as payment options. As soon as your payment is processed, you will receive the welcome email with instructions. Each business day of that month you will receive an email with a YouTube link to the daily workout. Videos can be played on your computer, phone, tablet, or you can stream them to your smart TV. All you need for the workouts are dumbbells and a fitness mat. Links to the work out videos are available for the whole month.
Do I need to be “in shape” to start the workouts?
Of course not. Everyone has a different starting point. The workouts can be tailored to each individual’s fitness level. Modifications are provided.
What equipment is required to participate in the workouts?
All you need for the workouts are a set of dumbbells (two sets suggested - heavy and lighter) and a fitness/yoga mat.
How will I receive the workouts?
Workouts will be emailed daily to your inbox that you’ll provide during registration and they will also be posted to the Team Body Movin Fit Fam Private Facebook group.
What if I need to take a break during the workout?
You may pause and take a break as you see fit. These workouts are all about YOU, so make them work for your level and schedule.
Will a meal plan be provided?
An exact meal plan will not be included, however, a nutrition template will be provided upon request. Recipes and nutrition tips will be shared within the group. We want to provide you the tools and confidence to maintain your success beyond this program.
How do I cancel my account?
Please notify Jamie via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) at least 5 days prior to your renewal date. You will automatically be enrolled for the next month if notification is not provided.
